I didn’t lose weight because I was motivated.
I lost (and maintained) it because I built structure.
That structure has carried me through the last 15 years — through a divorce, a remarriage, job changes, and traveling the world.
After I had my first child, I lost 50 lbs again because of the same system.

I can't always make it live. Will sessions be recorded?
Yes, every session is recorded and available the same day. This challenge was built for busy women. Show up live when you can, catch the replay when you can't. Either way, you won't miss a thing.
Why is this different from other challenges?
Most challenges tell you what to do. You already know what to do. The Spring Reset is about building a system that actually works in your real life, not an imaginary perfect week. We focus on mindset, practical tools, and consistency. No crash diets. No extreme plans. Just what actually moves the needle.
What's the difference between VIP and the base challenge?
Results, honestly. VIP challengers get direct coaching access with me, the kind that's usually only available in my private programs. If you want to be coached through the moments you'd normally fall off, VIP is for you.
I'm on GLP-1. Is this for me?
Absolutely. Consistency and GLP-1s work hand in hand. This challenge will help you maximize your results.
How long are the sessions?
Live workshops are 45 minutes.
Morning group walks are 15 minutes.
VIP laser coaching sessions are 45 minutes.
